Payment Policy

Between December 5, 2021 & January 16, 2022

Secure your place with a 50% deposit ($ 50) or pay the full fare ($100) to get it out of the way.

Between January 16, 2022 & February 16, 2022

Pay for the remainder of the fee if you have only paid for the deposit.

Refund policy

The 50% deposit includes a non-refundable USD $20 dedicated to space rental, which we will need to retain if you cancel.

December 5, 2021 to January 16, 2022: You may cancel for any reason without any financial cost but please let us know via email at: graduation@minerva.edu

January 16, 2022 to February 16, 2022: You may cancel for any reason and will receive the amount you paid minus the $50% deposit (or $20 if due to extenuating circumstances).

February 28, 2022 to April 20, 2022: You may only cancel due to extenuating circumstances and will receive the total price amount you paid minus the non-refundable $20.

After April 20, 2022: We will do our best to refund you along the same lines as above, but cannot guarantee it, given the payments we will have to make by then.


Extenuating Circumstances:

  • Not being able to receive a US visa in time to attend (even though you have taken all the necessary steps).
  • Urgent matters in your immediate family.
  • Travel bans related to Covid-19.

Note: In the event of a cancelation due to Covid-19, the participant will be reimbursed the full amount.
